Hello everyone!
Deyadra and I arrived in Nice yesterday! It is an amazing place--beaches, narrow streets, street performers and a lot of sun. When we stepped off the train from Grenoble there was such an intense blast of heat but it was worth it once we made our way down to the gorgeous beach front. The water is incredibly really blue and warm (Med. sea) and I spent the entire day soaking up the sun.
Here are a few pictures.
Let me know how you all are doing.
Love you.
Alex

Alex,
The water looks so beautiful. I wish Birch Bay looked like that!
Annalise started her soccer tournament today. They won their first game against emerald city. She plays again tomorrow morning. Annalise played in goal for 20 minutes today. She played very well.
Today was Annalise's last day of school. All of the kids are ready for a break. Nicholas is eager to start kindergarten. He was tested by one of the teachers at the school and he actually tested ABOVE normal for once. YES!!! I am so glad that all of his hard work is paying off.
Elora is talking about nothing but her birthday. It is still a ways away, but she is excited for her very own balloons and cake. She just loves to party! She is asking for a princess car and a butterfly costume to add to her dress up collection.
I have just been cleaning and doing laundry, running the kids from here to there. I did start painting some tables I picked up from this cool store called the re-store. Your mom would just love it. They have the coolest things there and all very cheap! Most things just need a little TLC but just perfect for creative people.
Well, stay safe and have fun. I'll check back again tomorrow.
Love ya,
Monique
